Privacy is part of the tool.
The simplest way to protect your files is to keep them on your device.
Files, text, JSON, passwords and QR content are processed in your browser. Klyvero Tools has no upload endpoint, account system, or document database.
What happens when you use a tool?
Your browser reads the input you choose and processes it locally. Image and PDF tools may load a local WebAssembly codec or worker from this website, just as the page loads JavaScript and fonts. These requests download software; they do not send your file contents.
Your inputs and results are kept in memory for the current session. Copy or download what you need before closing the tab. Closing the page releases the app’s in-memory data; files you download remain on your device.
What is saved?
Only the names of favorite tools and recently visited tools are saved in your browser’s localStorage. No file names, file content, text, passwords, tokens, or generated output are saved there. You can clear these shortcuts below.
Cookies and analytics
The app sets no cookies and includes no analytics or advertising scripts. The hosting provider may keep standard access logs such as requested page paths, IP addresses, and browser information. Those requests do not include your tool inputs.
The shared task total
We show one total of successful tasks across all visitors using CountAPI. Reading this total does not increase it. A successful tool operation sends a request to increase the shared number; live tools wait for changes to settle. These requests contain only a fixed public counter key. We send no tool inputs, file names, passwords, generated output, user IDs, cookies, or page referrer.
Like any external service your browser connects to, the counter provider can see your IP address and standard connection information. The total is public and may be incomplete if requests are blocked or the service is unavailable. Tools still work in either case.
A boundary enforced by the browser
Our production security policy permits connections to this website’s own origin and the counter service’s read and increment endpoints. Tools do not make requests containing user input, and the static deployment provides no tool-processing API. Fonts, code, and codecs are served from the same origin.
How to check for yourself
- Open your browser’s developer tools and select Network.
- Wait for the page and its processing assets to load, then clear the request list.
- Use a tool with a sample file or text.
- Inspect any asset and counter requests. Counter requests use GET with a fixed key; there should be no upload, POST request, or request containing your input.
Sharing is your choice
Copying places data on your system clipboard. Downloading saves a local file. A QR code includes the content you enter, so someone who scans a Wi-Fi code can read its network credentials. External links open services with their own privacy practices.
