THREE SIMPLE STEPS

From open to done.

01

Choose your input

Add two or more PDF documents.

02

Make it yours

Move the document cards into the order you want.

03

Take it with you

Merge the documents and download the combined PDF.

A FEW GOOD POINTERS

Get a better result.

The complete page sequence of each file is retained in the order of the file cards. Use Reorder PDF Pages afterward if you need to interleave individual pages. Merging signed PDFs creates a new document and does not preserve a valid digital signature.

A practical example

Place a cover letter before a portfolio PDF, then merge. The resulting file starts with the cover letter and continues with the portfolio pages.

When this helps

Combine reports, invoices, chapters, or scans without installing a desktop application. Preview the page counts to check that all expected documents were included.

GOOD QUESTIONS

A little more clarity.

What to know before you go.

Can I merge password-protected PDFs?

Encrypted files are not supported. Save an unencrypted copy using a PDF app you trust, then try again.

Will the page size change?

No. Each copied page retains its original dimensions and content.

Are digital signatures preserved?

No. Combining documents changes the file, so signatures cannot be relied on in the new PDF.

Is there a file limit?

You can add up to 20 files. A batch limit of 50MB on smaller devices and 200MB on desktop protects browser memory.
