A FEW GOOD POINTERS

Get a better result.

A4 and Letter give consistent pages for printing. Fit to image uses each image’s dimensions and avoids unnecessary whitespace. Use Smaller file to reduce very large images before embedding. The PDF contains image pages rather than selectable text.

A practical example

Add three receipt photos, move them into date order, choose A4 with small margins, and save one PDF for your records.

When this helps

Combine scans, create a photo handout, or submit multiple image documents in one attachment. This is useful for organizing images, but it does not recognize text or make scans searchable.

GOOD QUESTIONS

A little more clarity.

What to know before you go.

Can I reorder photos?

Yes. Drag the cards, use the drag handle, or use Move up and Move down buttons.

Will text become selectable?

No. Images are embedded as pictures. OCR is not included.

Are margins added to the images?

Margins create whitespace around images on fixed-size pages; the image is scaled to fit.

Can I use HEIC and WebP?

Yes. These formats are decoded locally and embedded in a PDF-compatible format.
